Q: Where’s your factory located?
Our factory is located in Nanjing, China, a very beautiful historical city. It takes about 30mins by speed train from Shanghai Airport to our city. You are warmly welcome to visit our factory anytime.
Q: How can you assure the quality of your products?
We have a rigorous quality control process and all our products undergo rigorous testing and certification processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. We have all relevant certifications available upon request.
Q: Are your products certified to any international standards?
A: Yes, we reach global stands in production like BSCI, GRS, ISO 9001 and FDA certificate.
Q: Can you provide customized products to meet our specific requirements?
A: Absolutely, our factory support OEM&ODM, we offer IML printing, silk screen printing, heat transfer printing and label design service, ensuring your brand-specific needs are catered to.
Q: lf l need my own size or shape?
A: We need to make new moulds for you, and this will cause tooling cost but it can be refunded after order qty reach what we required.
We have a professional R & D and design team to serve you.
Q:Do you provide samples?
Yes, we can provide free samples for you to test, you are more than welcome to request samples from us. And samples can be sent through Fedex, UPS, TNT, DHL, etc.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
Generally it is 2~5 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 5~10 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.But we will arrange production and transportation for you as soon as possible.
Q: What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept various payment methods including T/T. LC,DP, DA .
Payment <$5000, 100% TT in advance.
Payment ≥$5000, 30% TT in advance, balance before shipment.
Q: How the qoods are delivered to me?
A: For small quantity, we advise to deliver by courier, like Fedex, UPS, DHL, ect.
For big quantity, we advise to ship by sea. We can send goods to your assigned Shipping Forwarder (FOB price). Or if you don’t have one, we can quote you CIF price.
