The Vertical Twin-screw Auger Fertilizer Spreader reasonably combines the vertical feed roller throwing fertilizer and the disc spreading mechanism to achieve the effect of multi-character solid organic fertilizer spreading by one machine, which solves the problem of single function of domestic fertilizer spreaders and saves Spreading equipment cost.

Vertical Fertilizer Spreader (Manure Spreader, Fertilizer Spreader)
The vertical fertilize spreader is a new type of agricultural machinery powered by a tractor, designed for spreading livestock manure, fermented organic fertilizer, and barnyard manure (including compost) back onto fields. It mainly consists of a traction frame, welded chassis, fertilizer tank, hydraulic system, transmission system, feeding mechanism, spreading system, and ground wheel mechanism.
The feeding system is driven by the tractor’s hydraulic output, which powers a hydraulic motor to move the entire load of fertilizer backward synchronously. The spreading system is driven by the tractor’s PTO (power take-off), utilizing an integrated gearbox to rotate the auger, breaking up the fertilizer while dual spreading discs work in coordination to distribute it evenly.
The vertical double-auger crushing blades are made of high-quality spring manganese steel, offering high hardness, excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life. With strong crushing capability, it effectively breaks down organic materials, ensuring fine and uniform spreading. This enhances soil nutrient availability, improves soil structure, increases water and fertilizer retention, and reduces environmental pollution from manure. It plays a significant role in mechanizing the return of livestock manure to farmland.
