Q: Are you a direct manufacturer and exporter from China?
Yes, we are. We have our own factory and International Trade Department. We produce our own products all by ourselves.
Q:When can I get the price?
A:We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
Q:Can you do the design for us?
A:Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in tin can design and manufacturing.
Usually you can provide us information either the three ways listed below:
1. sample bucket for us to copy.
2. layout or 3D drawing of the bucket or design
3. the size of the bucket.
Q:What about the lead time for mass production?
A:Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The best record we keep is delivering 300000 tin cans within a week. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry one months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
Q: How can I get a sample from you?
A: If we have stock for the models you need, we can send you our stock sample, no sample cost .But if you need your own design, sampling cost will be charged. And for both ways, the courier freight needs to be covered by you. And samples can be sent through Fedex, UPS, TNT, DHL, ect. And usually we accept paypal Payment.
